As a business owner, I've learned that even the smallest effort can spark inspiration. There were many times when I waited for that "big bang" moment to mark success, only to realize that what I really needed was to appreciate and build on the small steps I was already taking. It’s easy to get caught up in the idea that only massive efforts lead to success, but I’ve found that the opposite is often true.

We all face challenges, and as business owners, those challenges can feel overwhelming. Knowing how to recharge and refocus is crucial. That's why I created Effort + Inspo—it's designed to be a low-effort, big-impact experience, inspired by our Power Sessions. This approach is one of my favorite things because it aligns with a core belief of mine: when low effort can lead to big results, I'm all in.

Effort + Inspo is casual, structured in a way that makes it easy to participate and powerful in the results it delivers. My goal is to help my clients find those low-effort, high-impact opportunities within their businesses, just as I've done in mine.
